Safety Plan can be useful whether you are in an abusive relationship, in the process of leaving one and after you've left.

Helpful links:

      • Rape Abuse and Incest National Newtork RAINN has an online hotline where sexual assault survivors can chat live with advocates over the instant messaging service.
      • Male survivors of sexual assault and childhood sexual abuse can find support and information at
      • KIDS Center is a regional child abuse evaluation and treatment center located in Bend.
      • Temporary restraining orders can be helpful in some situations. Advocates in each office can help with the applications and you can also fill them out and file them yourself.
