Give Safety by Supporting the Saving Grace Police Line Campaign

This #GivingTuesday, Saving Grace is raising funds to ensure that someone is always there to answer our Police Line, connecting survivors with life-saving services. Thanks to the generosity of an anonymous donor, the first $12,000 in donations toward the Saving Grace Police Line will be matched dollar for dollar. The goal is to raise the $24,000 needed to fully fund this vital program.

Survivors Use Art to Show What It’s Like to be “In Their Shoes”

In honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Saving Grace presents "In Their Shoes," an art exhibit highlighting the experiences of domestic violence survivors and their loved ones. For this exhibit, survivors and their supporters decorated footwear to show what it is like to walk in their shoes. Also included in the project are shoes created by students at Westside Village Magnet School as part of a project on empathy.

Saving Grace receives $20,000 grant!

This October, during Domestic Violence Awareness Month, The Mary Kay Foundation℠ awarded Saving Grace a $20,000 grant to further its efforts to combat domestic violence and provide crisis services throughout Central Oregon. The grant was one of 150 awarded to domestic violence shelters across the United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and Guam for a total of $3 million. This year’s highly sought-after grant slate brings the total investment in The Foundation’s annual shelter grant program to nearly $42 million.
