Finance Coordinator
Saving Grace is seeking a Finance Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the financial health and accountability of our nonprofit. The Finance Coordinator position will be processing and reviewing financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records, supporting financial reporting, and assisting with reconciliations and compliance activities. This position is part of the Finance team and reports to and works closely with the Finance and Compliance Director to help ensure sound financial practices, accurate grant and donation tracking, and reliable financial data for organizational decision-making.
The ideal candidate has experience with nonprofit accrual accounting and QuickBooks Online, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality. This role requires the ability to manage multiple financial processes, maintain organized documentation, support audit readiness, and contribute to a consistent monthly and year-end accounting cycle. Experience with grants, restricted funding, financial reporting, and process improvement is highly valued.
Position is 32 hours per week, wage is dependent on experience, plus generous rewards/benefit package.
