Fall 2026 Training Schedule

This advocacy training will focus on training new helpline and hospital response team volunteers. In-person training takes place in Bend. In addition to the primary training dates, volunteers will choose one specialized training to attend (Hospital Response OR Helpline).

Upcoming Training Session Dates (All dates are required)

  • Sunday, October 4th 9am-5pm

  • Saturday, October 17th 9am-5pm

  • Sunday, October 18th 9am-5pm

Hospital Response Team Training

  • Saturday, October 24th 9am-5pm

Helpline Training

  • Sunday, October 25th 9am-5pm

Volunteer Application

Direct service volunteers serve as advocates to help run many of our confidential services for our clients, which they receive at no cost. All direct service volunteers are required to complete 40 hours of training. If you would like to participate in this training opportunity, please complete the online application or contact our Volunteer Coordinator at jenna.m@saving-grace.org

I get a chance to listen to them and help them maneuver through the confusing paperwork at a time when they are feeling alone and vulnerable. I am proud to be a member of this organization."

Saving Grace Volunteers Make A Big Impact
