Mary’s Place Supervised Visitation and Safe Exchange Center (a program of Saving Grace) seeks a 2 part-time (15 & 18.5 hours per week) Facilitators to provide supervised visitation and safe exchanges of children between parents in families with a history of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or child sexual abuse. Services occur at our secure site in downtown Bend, OR. These are 100% on-site positions.

We’re looking for a flexible, quick-thinking, creative, open-minded, and compassionate team player with a sense of humor who can work respectfully with diverse families. The ability to de-escalate conflicts while remaining calm and professional is key. Work history or lived experience in human services, knowledge of child development, needs of at-risk families and immigrant communities and commitment to equity and inclusion desired.

Our small, friendly staff includes people from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences.

Saving Grace does not have any degree or educational requirements or expectations.

Positions are part time, 15 & 18.5 hours per week, $22.72/hr depending on experience. There are opportunities for increased hours and benefits.
