Saving Grace is currently hiring a full time (35 hours per week) Post Separation Advocate to join the Legal Services Team. This position is 100% on-site in Bend.

The Post-Separation Advocate provides trauma-informed, survivor-centered advocacy and support for parent survivors of intimate partner violence, stalking, and/or sexual assault who are involved with Mary’s Place Supervised Visitation & Safe Exchange program.

This role focuses on building trusting relationships, supporting survivor autonomy, and helping parents navigate the challenges of life after separation. The Post-Separation Advocate provides safety planning, crisis counseling, ongoing emotional support, case coordination, assistance accessing basic needs, and connections to community resources and other Saving Grace services. The role also includes support with civil legal matters related to separation, safety, and family well-being. A strong foundation in advocacy is the priority; specialized civil legal and court-system knowledge can be developed after hire through training and experience.

One to two years of experience in domestic violence services, advocacy, social services, or a related field is helpful. We also welcome applicants whose combination of work, volunteer, educational, or lived experience has prepared them for this work.

Bilingual Spanish/English skills are desirable but not required.
